We know how hard it is to find a right place to eat when you arrive to a new city. Below is a list of different types of restaurants that we are more or less visiting throughout the year. Food is although a very subjective thing, so we suggest you to use Google Maps and check the reviews, menu or prices. We do not get any commission (or free food) from this list.
Every Friday between April and October, from lunch to dinner time, we suggest you to visit Odprta Kuhna - Open Kitchen. It is a weekly street food court on Pogačarjev trg (Ljubljana central market) where more than 50 restaurants represent themselves. It is happening outside, so it is cancelled in case of bad weather.
